Meet Aaron Pizzuti, President and Design Leader of Pizzuti Design, an award-winning industrial designer who launched his own studio in Pittsburgh in 2017. With over two decades of experience designing for top brands like Nike, Rivian, Jeep, and Under Armour, Aaron is dedicated to innovative ways of enhancing both physical and emotional movement. Pizzuti Design's tagline, "Designed to Move You," encapsulates their ethos.
During his tenure at Under Armour from 2013 to 2017, Aaron led design teams responsible for iconic footwear models such as the Curry and Project Rock series. Prior to that, he made significant contributions to Nike's training, running, and basketball footwear lines.
Before venturing into footwear, Aaron spent a decade as a designer at Chrysler, where he played a pivotal role in designing vehicles for Jeep and Dodge, including the groundbreaking Jeep Hurricane concept.
In addition to his corporate roles, Aaron shares his expertise through design consulting, teaching, and mentoring. His designs have garnered numerous patents and awards, including recognition from Popular Science. Many of his mentees have gone on to make their mark in the industry, working with renowned global brands.
